HOW CAN I BUY ONLINE?

Buy online on www.anurspain.com.

1. Choose the products that you like and add them to your shopping cart. When products offer different options, be sure that the sizes and colours chosen are correct.

2. The quantity of products in your shopping cart and the total amount (without shipping cost) will always be shown, when you have finished, click in “view cart” to check the selected products and then click “check out” to finish your shopping.

3. Fill in the form with all the requested information, as it is necessary to process your order, and be sure all the information is correct.

4. Once you finish, you will receive an e-mail with your order information, and our team will start working on your order so that you will receive it as quickly as possible.

Please note: that we try to show the colours of our products as realistically as possible, but there are a lot of factors that can make them look a little different, such as the brightness and configuration of your screen. Please contact us if you have any doubts about the colour of any of our products.

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay either using your Paypal account, or directly from us by credit card via our secure server.

At the moment we can only offer the products in our online catalogue at su-shi-Shop.com, but if you are really interested in any unavailable product please contact us using the contact form and we will try to inform you about its future availability or the possibility of making a preorder.

We do ship worldwide and are currently working to ship to all areas. If your country don’t appear then please send us an e-mail with your address and the items you are interested in purchasing and we will arrange everything as quickly soon as possible.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs depend on the area and they are automatically calculated depending on the weight and volume of your order. The cost will be shown once you have chosen your products, have clicked on your shopping cart and chosen the shipping area.

Please note that the full shipping costs will only be charged to your first item, any subsequent items will be subject to a 40-50% discount.

WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order leaves our headquarters, the estimated delivery time is 5-10 days for Europe and 10-15 for the rest of the world.

Once you confirm your order we cannot cancel it, so please check your shopping cart before check out.

Is it possible to exchange the size or colour of my items once received?
Of course, we guarantee the exchange of any item purchased on Su-Shi-Shop.com that you are not completely happy with within 14 days of receipt. You can exchange it for another size or colour.

For exchanges please take the following points into account:

– The product must not be worn or damaged.
– It must be shipped in the same condition that it was received, with all tags intact and original packaging.
– It must be at our offices within 14 days of receipt

To request an exchange please contact us via our contact form, filling in the order number and your name, the reason for the exchange and the colour or size that you want, so that we can check and inform you about the availability.

Please send us the item in it is original packaging and including all the tags and documents included. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will not accept any pay on delivery packages.

After checking the item we will let you know whether you have the right to an exchange, and the replacement will be sent out as quickly as possible.

We will not exchange any items that are not in the same condition as when received, or any items that have been used.

Once we have checked that the item complies with the aforementioned conditions, we will send you the new size or colour, charging you the shipping cost or using a pay on delivery service

For hygiene reasons we will not accept any exchanges or returns for jewellery.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We only accept returns in case of manufacturing fault.

Upon receipt of your order, should you consider it to have any manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately using our contact form, informing us about the fault. (Please note that every item is subject to our quality control, being checked again before sending to avoid this kind of situation).

You must return the item to us and we will let you know within 14 days of receipt. We will check the returned item carefully and inform you by e-mail if you have the right to a replacement. If yes, you will receive a new replacement item free of charge. You will only receive a refund in the event that the faulty item is out of stock.

Please send us the item in it is original packaging, including all the tags and documents. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
